Snippets
A phrase in, a paragraph out.
Say “insert my address” or “standard sign-off” and the full text drops in. Snippets expand on your machine, before the text reaches the app you are working in.

Create a snippet with a trigger phrase and the text it should become. Triggers can be several words, so they do not fire by accident in normal speech.
Snippets can include line breaks and punctuation, which makes them ideal for email templates, meeting agendas and code comments you write ten times a day.
They are stored locally alongside your vocabulary and never uploaded.
