Transforms
Rewrite on the way through.
A transform is a rewrite applied between what you said and what gets typed. Formal, half the length, bullet points, translated. Local by default.

Bind a transform to a second key, or pick one from the overlay. Say your rough version; the tidy version is what lands.
On Mac the default engine is on-device (Apple Intelligence or a local model). If you prefer a cloud model from OpenAI, Anthropic or another provider, connect it with your own key and every transform that leaves the device says so in the interface.
Transforms never touch your history, vocabulary or snippets; they only see the text of the dictation they are applied to.
