Plain terms.

This website and the Vaitly Voice software are provided by Vaitly Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.

License

Vaitly Voice is licensed, not sold. Free and Pro licenses are personal and cover the number of active devices shown on the pricing page. Team and Enterprise licenses are governed by the contract you sign with us.

Subscriptions and one-time purchases

Prices on this site are in US dollars and are charged by Vaitly Limited through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Lifetime licenses are a single payment for the lifetime of the product line. Taxes are added where required.

Refunds

If Vaitly Voice does not work on your supported computer and support cannot fix it within 14 days of purchase, we refund you in full. Statutory rights in your country are not affected.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell or share licenses beyond your device allowance, or use the software to break the law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Free allowance or the service.

Liability

The software is provided with reasonable care but without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
