Refunds and cancellation

Last updated 7 September 2026. The short version: you can get your money back within 14 days, no questions asked, and subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

14-day money-back promise

  • Any new purchase of Vaitly Voice Pro (monthly, annual, Lifetime or Founder) can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of buying.
  • Any renewal charge can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the charge.
  • Refunds go back to the card you paid with, in the currency you were charged in, within 14 days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
  • We do not ask why. If something did not work, we would love to know so we can fix it, but it is not a condition.

Consumers in the UK and EU also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content. Our promise includes that right and does not replace it. Nothing here affects your statutory rights wherever you live.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel at any time from Settings → Account in the app, or through the billing portal link in your receipt email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep Pro until then, and you are not charged again. Cancelling does not remove the app or your history.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or copy the form below into an email. We reply within one working day.

What we cannot refund

  • A charge older than 14 days, unless the app has stopped working on a supported computer and support could not fix it, in which case we refund the unused part of the period.
  • Purchases made through a reseller or an Enterprise agreement, which follow the terms of that agreement.
